Villa Karina je smještena na južnim obroncima park šume Marjan, 5 minuta vožnje od centra Splita. Ima prekrasan pogled na more. Nalazi se na osamljenom položaju što garantira tišinu i privatnost. Udaljenost od mora je 100 m. Villa Karina (70 m2) ima tri sobe (jedna dvokrevetna i dvije jednokrevetne), kupaonicu, dnevnu sobu, kuhinju i blagavaonicu. Kuća je moderno uređena (klimauređaj, SAT-TV, perilica rublja i perilica posuđa). Ispred kuće se nalazi velika terasa s pogledom na more. Blizina park šume Marjan vam nudi mogučnost jogginga i vožnje biciklom (koje nudi vlasnik kuće).

 

 

 

 

The house is situated on the south slopes of the Marjan hill (park, forest) five minutes drive from the town centre. It is south facing with the sea views.
The house occupies a secluded position thus guaranteeing tranquillity and
intimacy. The sea distance is 100m. The living area is 70 m2 and it comprises of three
bedrooms (two single and one double) a bathroom and a living room with a
kitchen and dinning area. The house is pleasantly decorated, and it has
all the modern cons (air condition, SAT-TV, 2TVs, washing machine and dishwasher).
The house benefits from a large garden. Close vicinity to the park/forest makes jogging
and cycling (bicycles provided by us) very attractive.

 

 

 

 

Das Haus befindet sich am Südhang des Hausberges „Marjan“ (Naturpark), mit dem Auto 5 min von der Altstadt von Split entfernt. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Es ist alleinstehend und garantiert dadurch ein Höchstmaß an Ruhe und Erholung.

Das Haus hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 m2 und besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern ( 1 Doppelbett- 2 Einzelbettzimmer), ein Bad und einem Wohnbereich mit integriertem Essplatz und eine Küche. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit allem Zubehör wie 2 SatTV , Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine sowie Spülmaschine.

 

Vor dem Haus ist ein gepflegter, mediterraner Garten mit Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen und einer Sitzecke.

Die außergewöhnliche Lage am Naturpark bittet zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Joggen, Fahrradfahren (Fahrräder können gestellt werden) und schwimmen.

Zum Meer sind es nur 100 m .

 

 

 

Casa Siriscevic e' situata sul pendio sud della collina Marjan (parco/foresta) a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro cittadino. La posizione particolare garantisce tranquillita' e privacy. La casa e' aircondata da un ampio giardino privato, e' affacciata a sud ed ha una bella  vista sul mare, dal quale dista solamente 100 mt.

Lo spazio abitativo (70 mt. q.) e' composto da 3 camere da letto (due singole e una matrimoniale), un bagno, il soggiorno, cucina con area pranzo.

Casa Siriscevic e' sobriamente decorata ed e' equipaggiata con un impianto di aria condizionata, due televisori con TV-sat, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

La vicinanza al parco/foresta favoriscono il jogging e le escursioni in bicicletta (messe a disposizione agli ospiti della casa.
